I found out that DaCast is a good alternative to UStream or LiveStream. They definitely offer better rates for good services. I particularly liked the fact that I could monetize my stream by adding a pay wall (subscription or pay per view).
Also, they have support available through chats and email/tickets. That has been very helpful to me since I am not tech savvy.
