Appoints Recognized Leading Executives to Drive Growth of Global Analytics and Consulting Business, and Award-Winning Digital Impact; New leader for West Coast Also Named

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., October 30, 2014 – Acxiom® (NASDAQ: ACXM), an enterprise data, analytics and software-as-a-service company, today announced three strategic hires, further strengthening its executive bench. Peter Davis joins as group vice president, global consulting and analytics, Chris Polishuk as group vice president, West Coast, and David Bonalle as head of Digital Impact.

As the global leader in data science and one of the originators of data-driven marketing, Acxiom Consulting and Analytics Services aligns multi-channel contacts strategies, predictive consumer insights and real-time technology to enable highly personalized brand experiences. Peter Davis brings a wealth of knowledge in both consulting and general management and will be instrumental in further advancing this offering, which is currently experiencing double-digit growth. He joins Acxiom from BCG consulting and also served as an advisor for McKinsey. Additionally, Davis held senior positions at Booz Allen and Merrill Lynch and was President of McGraw Hill – Education, a $2.7BN business with over 6,000 employees worldwide.

Chris Polishuk is a former Acxiom executive that is returning to the company to lead the West Coast business. In this role, he will be tasked with client management, revenue and profitability for Acxiom customers in that region. This includes new client acquisition and existing customer management, as well as leading a team of sales and account management VPs and their respective teams.

Prior to Acxiom, Polishuk worked at Birst where he ran direct sales for all of North America. He also held sales and business development positions at Nimblefish, SAS and Protagona. Polishuk has more than15 years of experience working with customers in analytically driven marketing.

Award-winning Acxiom Digital Impact combines the global scale of Acxiom’s database marketing heritage with unmatched service and technology to deliver innovative solutions across email, mobile, social, websites and display advertising. Digital Impact –which recently received 15 Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) awards for its work for clients such as Skype, Sony, L’Oreal, and Rodale, will greatly benefit from David Bonalle’s creative talent. Bonalle joins Acxiom from BNY Mellon where he was a managing director and the head of big data. Previously he served as executive vice president and head of marketing and client insights for KeyBank.

Prior to KeyBank, Bonalle spent 14 years at American Express where he worked in both the card issuing and merchant businesses for client accounts such as Google, Yahoo, Pay Pal and Amazon, as well as developed an innovative new product that earned more than 30 patents.

Bonalle and Davis will be based in New York, while Polishuk will be based in San Francisco.
