Auto Emails
KnowledgeSync takes returned query sets and sends out HTML formatted emails. Emails can be sent to specific users and/or to a Contact/Person identified in the query. Moreover, instead of sending one message per recordset, KnowledgeSync can group the results into a single email.
Scheduling Reports

Schedule the reports to run at a set time each day, week or month and automatically print or email them.
